A researcher from Tours University Hospital has asked the Convention Bureau to submit Tours’ bid for the International Symposium on Applications of Ferroelectrics (ISAF).
Our proposal
Support at every step : Identification of venues and availabilities, putting up estimates and a provisional budget, creation of a bid document and organization of a fam trip for the international committee.
Results
Once Tours’ bid was selected, the Convention Bureau orchestrated the entire event: logistics, coordination, transport for the 600 participants, accommodation, excursions, lunch boxes, gala evening…
This event is a perfect illustration of our expertise: bid support, mobilization of local resources and a smooth coordination of an international congress from A to Z.
