Organize a gala evening for 450 people as part of the LYSA congress held at the Convention Center of Tours.
Our proposal
Privatize the City Hall, a 4-minute walk from the Convention Center. 3 spaces, 3 atmospheres: the porch for aperitifs, the wedding hall and reception room for dinner, the lounge area for dancing and the general committee room for artists. The Convention Bureau handled the coordination of the event (caterer, florist, band, DJ, hostesses, furniture, technical, decoration, photo-booth, etc.). An event combining Jean Nouvel’s contemporary Convention Center with an emblematic heritage site in the heart of the city.
