To find an original venue in the Loire Valley to host the summer university of the National Association of HR Managers. The request: an auditorium for 500 people, seven break-out rooms, convivial areas for coffee breaks and standing lunches, a pleasant outdoor setting and an atmosphere ideal to disconnect and network.
Our proposal
Privatize the Grange de Meslay (15 min from Tours) for the conference and the Orangerie of the Castle of Chenonceau for the gala evening (35 min from Tours). The Convention Bureau coordinated all the logistics: catering, accommodation, transfers, equipment, marquees, furniture and technical management.
A grandiose event held between a medieval barn and a Renaissance castle that left a lasting impression!
