Customer demand

Provide accommodation for 2,000 participants over 3 days in hotels close to the Palais des Congrès, in single and twin rooms, and manage cab and VTC transport during the event to facilitate travel to and from the Palais des Congrès.

Our proposal

Solicit 40 partner hotels and work hand in hand with the customer to manage their arrivals as effectively as possible. For transport, the Convention Bureau has set up a telephone platform and a fleet of dedicated vehicles, enabling participants to travel with complete peace of mind. Relentless logistics are guaranteed. At every convention, the Convention Bureau team is 100% on hand to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
