Customer demand

Provide accommodation for 2,000 participants for 3 days, in hotels close to the Convention Center, in single and twin rooms, and manage taxi services during the event to facilitate travel to and from the Convention Center.

Our proposal

A team-work with 40 partner hotels and a hand in hand collaboration with the customer to manage arrivals as effectively as possible. For transportation needs, the Convention Bureau set up a call center and a fleet of dedicated vehicles, enabling participants to travel with complete peace of mind. Relentless logistics are guaranteed. At eavry event, the Convention Bureau team is always present to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
