ENCALS 2019
European Congress (450 participants)
A project led by Philippe CORCIA, Professor of Neurology at Tours University Hospital. The Bureau des Congrès provided complete coordination of the event, managing accommodation, satellite meetings in town, excursions, welcome packs for participants… “A perfect, idyllic organization, because you’re completely detached from the logistical side of your congress”. FUB 2021
National Congress (250 participants)
The Bureau des Congrès and the Collectif Cyclistes 37 put forward Tours as a candidate for the 22nd National Congress of the FUB (Fédération des Usagers de la Bicyclette) to be held on February 10 and 11, 2022. This was a great opportunity to showcase Tours, France’s 5th-largest city in terms of daily bicycle use, and a key location on the “La Loire à Vélo” itinerary.


THERMEC 2025
International conference (650 participants)
We supported Caroline RICHARD, a researcher at the University of Tours, in her bid to host the International Conference on Advanced Materials. Mission accomplished: Tours’ bid was accepted, and the Bureau des Congrès managed accommodation for the 650 delegates!
IFSA 2025
International congress (400 participants)
An international congress for which the Bureau des Congrès provided accommodation, an excursion to the Château de Chenonceau and the Caves de Vouvray, and transportation.

And we’ve already won applications for the months and years to come!
CGT 2026
National Congress (2,000 participants)
Following the bid submitted by the Bureau des Congrès, Tours will host the CGT Congress. We will manage accommodation for the expected 2,000 delegates.


Electromagnetic Induction Workshop 2028
International Congress (500 participants)
A bid implemented by the Bureau des Congrès and supported by BRGM (Bureau de Recherches Géologiques et Minières) during the Congress in Japan in 2024. 500 participants from all over the world will gather at the Palais des Congrès de Tours in September 2028, with one day dedicated to Le Clos Lucé!
National Provincial Dermatology Days 2028
National Congress (1,000 participants)
A bid orchestrated by the Bureau des Congrès and supported by the Association des Dermatologues du Centre-Ouest, in collaboration with Tours University Hospital.
As a result, 1,000 participants are expected in Tours for this congress in 2028 !
