The Convention Bureau is an integrated department of the Tours Val de Loire Tourist & Convention Bureau. Created in 2016, under the impetus of the Metropolis and the City of Tours, its mission is to promote Tours Val de Loire as a business tourism destination on a local, national and international scale.
As the gateway to the destination, it acts as a facilitator for event organizers, helping them to find the solutions best suited to their needs.
The Convention Bureau is also responsible for federating local players and service providers in the events sector, and ensuring the quality of the destination’s offering.

Audrey FREBLING – Production Manager
Audrey coordinates nearly 100 events a year. Her role is to turn your projects into tangible successes, by listening attentively and providing personalized support. She ensures that every detail is mastered, so that your ideas become reality.
Sarah COUDRIN – Business Manager
Sarah does her utmost to ensure the success of every stage of your event. She oversees your project from start to finish and coordinates all services.
Irène ROCHER – Accommodation manager
From option booking to invoicing, Irène handles the entire accommodation reservation process. Every year, she manages over 9,000 overnight stays on behalf of professionals.
