The Tours Val de Loire Convention Bureau: who are we?

The Convention Bureau is an integrated department of the Tours Val de Loire Tourist & Convention Bureau. Created in 2016, under the impetus of the Metropolis and the City of Tours, its mission is to promote Tours Val de Loire as a business tourism destination on a local, national and international scale.

As the gateway to the destination, it acts as a facilitator for event organizers, helping them to find the solutions best suited to their needs.

The Convention Bureau is also responsible for federating local players and service providers in the events sector, and ensuring the quality of the destination’s offering.

Our team of 4 full-time business tourism specialists will do everything in their power to make your event a success. A single, dedicated contact will be at your side from the planning stage right through to completion, to ensure that your project is managed simply and efficiently.

From option booking to invoicing, Irène handles the entire accommodation reservation process. Every year, she manages over 9,000 overnight stays on behalf of professionals.
