Simplifying your business events
The Convention Bureau is an integrated service of the Tours Val de Loire Tourist & Convention Bureau. Created in 2016, under the initiative of the Metropolis and the City of Tours, its mission is to promote Tours Val de Loire as a MICE destination on a local, national and international scale.
A gateway of the destination, the Convention Bureau acts as a facilitator for event organizers, helping them to find the tailor made solutions for their needs.
The Convention Bureau is also responsible for federating local players and service providers in the events sector, and ensuring the quality of the destination’s offers.

Composed of 4 full-time MICE specialists, our team does everything it takes to ensure that your event is a success. A single, dedicated contact accompanies you right from planning till the completion of the project for a simple and efficient management of your projects.

Convention Bureau Manager
Her mission: to show you that Tours is an ideal destination for your business events, and that the Convention Bureau can meet all your expectations. Are you a member of an association, federation or a scientific society? Shraddha is your contact to know all about Tours and prepare your bid proposal.
Audrey FREBLING – Production Manager
Audrey coordinates nearly 100 events a year. Her role is to turn your projects into a success, by listening attentively and providing personalized support. She ensures that every detail is mastered, so that your ideas become reality.
Sarah COUDRIN – Event Executive
Sarah does her utmost to ensure the success at every step of your event. She oversees your project from the beginning to the end and coordinates all services.
Irène ROCHER – Accommodation Executive
From booking options to the final invoicing, Irène handles the entire accommodation process. Every year, she manages over 9,000 overnight stays on behalf of professionals.
